  I was looking to get some assistance in finding senior housing for my older brother. We were working with a senior housing advisor. In addition to finding housing, we needed help with the sale of my brother's condo, and assistance with the potential move which would include downsizing from a 1,500 SF condo to a 550 SF apartment.

  Our advisor recommended that we meet with Christine Currey and Erin Koertgen from the Currey Koertgen Team. She indicated that the Currey Koertgen Team could assist with the sale, the move, along with anything else we might need to facilitate the transition to the new home.

  We met with Christine and Erin at the condo. After the walkthrough, they provided us with a proposal that included:

  • Facilitating the sale of the condo
  • Recommendations on what furniture and other items could be moved
  • Designing a floor plan for the new apartment
  • Furniture recommendations
  • Assistance with new furniture needs
  • Furniture assembly
  • Coordinating the move
  • Disposal of all items that would not be moved and unit cleanup
  • Moving day oversight

  We agreed to move forward, and Christine and Erin were great to work with. We would not have been able to make this happen without their assistance. I would highly recommend Christine, Erin and the Currey Koertgen Team!

  I will be completely honest - when I learned that my mom would be using move management services, I was skeptical. My mom is 70 years old, Korean and has Parkinson’s. She would be a prime target for being taken advantage of. But upon meeting with Erin and Christine, my concerns were immediately assuaged.
  
  

  They came prepared, answered any questions we had in a way my mom could understand and gave us the peace of mind we needed for a move like this. My mom had moments of doubt, mostly out of anxiety - but time and time again this team went way above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. From negotiating fair pricing with the movers (who were awesome) to helping my mom pack up her house and even setting up donations for the items my mom couldn’t or didn’t want to take with her to her new home, Erin and Christine thought of everything and made sure it was taken care of.

  From top to bottom, what could have been a pain went about as smoothly as can be and that was because of the care and attention this team provided my mom. We are both grateful for the job they did and the job they continue to do helping my mom sell her condo. An A+ service by A+ women. I cannot recommend the Currey Koertgen Team more highly. An absolute pleasure.
